Our Heritage: Since 1979

Tummy Stuffer was established in Orange County in 1979 by a renowned Italian culinary family. Partnering with Galasso’s Bakery—a legendary bakery with over a century of baking tradition—Tummy Stuffer opened its historic first location in Costa Mesa. Through the 1980s and 1990s, the brand grew into a beloved franchise powerhouse with about 50 thriving locations across the region.

Strategically situated within major corporate and business centers, Tummy Stuffer became the gold standard for professional lunches, quick gourmet breaks, and high-quality corporate catering.

In 2005, the current ownership took over the Anaheim location (Store #3). For nearly two decades, this location proudly served the bustling business district surrounding the Anaheim Convention Center, LA Angels Stadium, Honda Center, and the major construction and tile design showrooms along State College Boulevard. It grew into one of the most prominent family-owned business operations in Orange County.

Following a devastating commercial complex fire in August 2024, the Anaheim chapter closed, paving the way for a brand-new, exciting beginning. In July 2025, Tummy Stuffer relocated and opened its beautiful new doors in Aliso Viejo to bring this iconic heritage to South Orange County.
